• Auto Calculator
Press a single button and all transaction data is instantly calculated into hours worked against your own predetermined rules. Set rounding of start and stop times to your payroll requirements. Calculate single or multiple break times automatically from start of work, start of shift etc. Round off start and finish times to your payroll requirements.

• Flexi Roster System
Designed to give you complete freedom when developing your staff roster, Flexi-Roster allows you to plan one day, one week, one month or even years ahead. It’s entirely up to you. You can set fixed or variable work patterns and allocate multiple shifts per day. Copy one week’s roster over to the following week. You can even view the roster by times or by task and times.

• Job Costing Ability
Allocate codes to monitor costing by job or department. Your biometric time clock (PeopleKey V70) will then capture job activity or departmental costing information.

• Manual Data Editing
Search for staff members by name or P.I.N. then manually edit work times or enter missing attendance records. You can also amend any automatically highlighted attendance errors.
